1. Service Overview

FindITPros.com connects users with freelance IT professionals ("engineers") based on location, skills, and availability. We do not employ, certify, or guarantee the services of any engineer listed.

2. Engineer Subscription

Engineers must subscribe for £1/month via PayPal to be visible in search results. A “Verified” badge only means the engineer has an active subscription.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Cancelling removes visibility and verified status. No refunds are issued. Customers do not pay through the platform.

4. Hiring & Responsibility

We do not manage or verify job agreements between users and engineers. You are responsible for vetting, negotiating, and managing work terms independently.

5. Reviews & Content Moderation

Public reviews are allowed and moderated. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates our guidelines or appears abusive.

6. Reporting Issues

If you experience inappropriate conduct or poor service, report it via our contact form. We investigate verified complaints and may take action.

7. Code of Conduct

All users must act respectfully. Harassment, misrepresentation, or fraudulent behavior will result in removal without refund.

8. Privacy & Data

We only collect necessary information (like contact details and job data). We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Platform Access

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms. Engineers who cancel subscriptions are automatically hidden from search results.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site means you agree to any updates. Major changes will be announced.
